Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
At AnnLee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your handbag or mug, we allow you 30 calendar days from receipt to return it.
What can be returned?
You can return any unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged AnnLee handbag or mug purchased online or from a participating authorised retailer.
Returned items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, including dust bags, gift boxes or care instructions that you received with your order.
What cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged or altered in any way.
We cannot accept returns of items purchased more than 30 calendar days ago.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges for online orders. However, you can return unwanted items and place a new order for the desired product.

The withdrawal period will expire after thirty days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Exclusion and Extinguishment of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of revocation does not exist or expires prematurely for distance contracts for the delivery of
- Goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
